Privacy Policy

AEOResolve (VAL Technology and Solution Co., Ltd.) runs a paid, one-time website audit tool. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

The URL and email address you submit. The URL is what gets audited; the email is where your report and receipt are sent.
Content from the site you submit for audit. We crawl up to 25 publicly accessible pages of that site (respecting its robots.txt) to generate your report. This is public page content, not private data about you.
Payment information. Handled entirely by Airwallex. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and a reference ID — never your card number.
Contact form submissions. If you email us or use the Contact page, we keep what you send us so we can reply.

We don't require an account or password, and we don't collect anything beyond what's listed above. There is no tracking pixel or analytics script on this site.

How we use it

To crawl the submitted site and generate your SEO + AI Search Audit, Improvement Plan, and Marketing Plan.
To process your $49 payment and issue a refund automatically if your audit fails outright.
To email you your report, a receipt, or a failure/refund notice.
To respond if you contact support.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your email for marketing unless you separately opt in somewhere that says so.

Who we share it with

Generating your report requires sending parts of the crawled site content and your test queries to the following processors. Each sees only what's necessary to do its part:

Airwallex — payment processing.
Anthropic (Claude API) — report writing, and one of the four AI-citation checks.
OpenAI — the ChatGPT citation check.
Perplexity — the Perplexity citation check.
SerpAPI — the Google AI Overview citation check.
Google PageSpeed Insights — Core Web Vitals data for the audited site.
Resend — delivering your report and notification emails.
Inngest — runs the background pipeline that ties these steps together.
Supabase (Postgres) — stores your job record (URL, email, status, report content) so your report page keeps working.

We don't share your data with anyone else, and none of these processors are permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond providing the service to us.

How long we keep it

Your job record (submitted URL, email, and generated reports) is kept so your report link keeps working and so we can honor refund/support requests. If you'd like your data deleted, email [email protected] and we'll remove it, minus whatever Airwallex and tax law require us to retain for payment records.

Your rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you're in the EU/UK or California, this includes the rights specifically granted under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA.

Cookies

AEOResolve itself doesn't set analytics or advertising cookies. Airwallex's hosted payment page, which we redirect you to for payment, may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy — we don't control those.

Children's privacy

This service isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
