Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AEOResolve, operated by VAL Technology and Solution Co., Ltd.. By paying for and using an audit, you agree to them.

The service

AEOResolve crawls a website you submit, tests whether it's cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews for a set of inferred search queries, and generates three AI-written reports: an SEO + AI Search Audit, an Improvement Plan, and a Marketing Plan. No account is created; your report is accessed via a private link and also emailed to you.

Who can submit a URL

You must own the site you submit, or have authorization from whoever does, to have it crawled and audited. Don't submit a site you don't have the right to have crawled.

Payment and refunds

  • The audit costs a one-time $49, charged via Airwallex before the pipeline starts.
  • We check that your URL is reachable before checkout, so you shouldn't be charged for a site we already know we can't reach.
  • If your audit fails outright after payment — the site can't be crawled at all, or report generation exhausts its retries — you're automatically refunded in full and notified by email. No request needed.
  • Partial degradation (one AI platform temporarily unavailable, a handful of pages failing to crawl) isn't treated as a failure and doesn't trigger a refund. Your report will disclose exactly what was and wasn't available rather than presenting incomplete data as complete.

Report content

Reports are generated by AI models based on automated crawling and third-party citation checks. They can contain mistakes, and AI-search platforms change how they answer queries over time — a report reflects a point-in-time snapshot, not a guarantee of future citation or ranking outcomes. Reports are informational and don't constitute legal, financial, or professional marketing advice; use your own judgment before acting on them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit a URL you don't have the right to have crawled.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the crawling, payment, or delivery systems.
  • Resell or redistribute reports as your own audit product without our permission.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful.

We can refuse or refund a submission that violates this section.

Ownership

You own the reports generated for your submitted URL and can use them however you like. We retain all rights to the underlying tooling, prompts, and methodology used to produce them.

Third-party platforms

Your report's citation results depend on third-party AI platforms and search APIs we don't control (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google). We're not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or changes to how they operate.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for anything related to this service is limited to the amount you paid us ($49). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
